Ezek. xvi. 60. Nevertheless I will remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant.

Ver. 61. Thou fhalt remember thy ways, and be ashamed, when thou shalt receive thy fifters, thine elder and thy younger (Sodom and Samaria, ver. 55.) and I will give them unto thee for daughters, but not by thy covenant. Ver. 62, 63.

Ezek. xx. 34. I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand—

Ver. 35. And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.

Ezek. xxxiv. 23. And I will fet one fhepherd over them, and he fhall feed them, even my fervant David; he shall feed them, and be their shepherd.

Ver. 24. And I the LORD will be their GOD, and my fervant David a prince among them. I the LORD have fpoken it.

Ver. 28. And they fhall no more be a prey among the heathen, neither fhall the beafts of the land devour

them;

them; but they shall dwell fafely, and none shall make. them afraid.

Ezek. xxxvi. 11. I will multiply upon you [the mountains of Ifrael] man and beaft, and they shall encreafe, and bring fruit; and I will fettle you after your old eftates, and I will do better unto you than at your beginnings, and ye fhall know that I am the LORD.

Ver. 24. I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.

Ver. 26. Then will I fprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean; from all your filthiness, and from all your idols will I cleanfe you.

Ver. 27. A new heart alfo will I give you, &c.

Ver. 33. In the day that I fhall have cleansed you from all your iniquities, I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the waftes fhall be builded. See the whole chapter; as alfo chap. xxxvii.

Ezek. xxxvii. 25. And they fhall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my fervant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they fhall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children, for ever, and my fervant David fhall be their prince for ever.

Hof. i. 10. Yet the number of the children of Ifrael fhall be as the fand of the fea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it fhall come to pass, that in the place where it was faid unto them, Ye are not my people, there it fhall be faid unto them, Ye are the fons of the living GOD.

Ver. 11. Then fhall the children of Judah, and the children of Ifrael, be gathered together, and appoint

themselves one head, and they fhall come up out of
the land; for great shall be the day of Jezreel.

Hof. ii. 14. Behold, I will allure her, and bring
her into the wildernefs, and fpeak comfortably unto
her.

Ver. 15. And I will give her vineyards from
thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope;
and fhe fhall fing there, as in the days of her youth,
and as in the day when she came up out of the land
of Egypt.

Ver. 19. And I will betroth thee unto me for ever,

Hof. iii. 4. The children of Ifrael shall abide many
days without a king, and without a prince, and with-
out a facrifice, and without an image, and without an
ephod, and without teraphim.

Ver. 5. Afterward fhall the children of Ifrael re-
turn, and feek the LORD their GOD, and David
their king, and fhall fear the LORD and his good-
nefs in the latter days. See also chap. xiv.

Joel iii. 1. Behold, in those days, and in that time,
when I fhall bring again the captivity of Judah, and
of Jerufalem :

Ver. 2. I will alfo gather all nations, and will
bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and
will plead with them for my people, &c.

Ver. 17. So fhall ye know that I am the LORD
your GOD, dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain :
Then fhall Jerufalem be holy, and there fhall no more
ftrangers pass through her any more.

Ver. 20. Judah fhall dwell for ever, and Jerufalem,
from generation to generation. See alfo ver. 7, 14,
16, 18, 21.

Amos ix. 14. And I will bring again the captivity
of my people Ifrael, and they fhall build the wafte
cities, and inhabit them-

Ver. 15. And I will plant them upon their land,

and

and they fhall be no more pulled up out of their land, which I have given them, faith the LORD thy GOD.

Obad. ver. 17. Upon mount Zion fhall be deliverance, and there fhall be holinefs, and the house of Jacob fhall poffefs their poffeffions.

Ver. 21. And faviours fhall come upon mount Zion to judge the mount of Efau, and the kingdom fhall be the LORD's.

Mic. ii. 12. I will furely affemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will furely gather the remnant of Ifrael, I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold; they fhall make great noife by reason of the multitude of men.

Ver. 13. The breaker is come up before them ; they have broken up, and have paffed through the gate, and are gone out by it; and their king fhall pafs before them, and the LORD on the head of them.

Mic. v. 3. Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she that travaileth, hath brought forth; then the remnant of his brethren fhall return unto the children of Ifrael.

Ver. 4. And he shall stand and feed in the ftrength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his GOD, and they shall abide, for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.

Ver. 7. And the remnant of Jacob fhall be in the midst of many people, as a dew from the LORD, as the showers upon the grafs, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the fons of men.

Ver. 13. The graven images also will I cut off, and thy ftanding images out of the midst of thee, and thou fhalt no more worship the work of thine hands. See the whole chapter; and chap. iv. and chap. vii. 14, 17. See alfo Zeph. iii. 9, to the end.

Zech. ii. to. Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion;

for

for lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, faith the LORD.

Ver. 12. And the LORD fhall inherit Judah, his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again.

Zech. x. 6. And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will fave the houfe of Jofeph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them, and they fhall be as though I had not caft them off; for I am the LORD their GOD, and will hear them.

Ver. 7. I will hifs for them, and gather them, for I have redeemed them; and they fhall increase as they have increased.

Ver. 9. And I will fow them among the people, and they fhall remember me in far countries, and they fhall live with their children, and turn again. See the whole chapter.

Zech. xii. 6. In that day will I make the governors of Judah like a hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a fheaf; and they fhall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left; and Jerufalem fhall be inhabited again, in her own place, even in Jerufalem.

Ver. 10. And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerufalem, the Spirit of grace and fupplications; and they fhall look upon me, whom they have pierced, &c. See the whole chapter.

Zech. xiv. 11. And men fhall dwell in it, [i. e. all the land] and there fhall be no more utter deftruction; but Jerufalem fhall be fafely inhabited. See the whole chapter.

Luke xxi. 24. Jerufalem fhall be trodden down of the Gentiles, UNTIL the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
