8 God's blessing ever with them stays, Both rich and poor, who fear the Lord; They more and more increase always, And heirs of heaven are by his word. Go, tell them Jesus' blood did flow To save all souls to him will go. 9 The heavenly Architect above

For all his saints mansions prepares,
Where he shall govern them with love,
And joys celestial with them shares.
Let constant love to the true God
O'er heathen lands be spread abroad.
10 To Hindoo shores glad tidings bring
Of mercy through God's only Son,
That Indians may of Sion sing,

And worship the true God alone.
Go, tell them God dwells high above
All other gods, and full of love.

PSALM CXVI.

1 ERECT the standard of the Lord
In the benighted Pagan land,
And let his name be there adored,
According to his wise command,
That constant love to the true God
In heathen lands be spread abroad.

2 Of the bright millennial day

Let Mussulman and Hindoo sing, And kneel before the Lord alway, And willing offerings to him bring. To magnify our gracious God,

And spread his matchless fame abroad. 3 O love the Lord, because he hears The sincere, ardent, daily pray❜r;

His kindness dissipates all fears
Each day and month throughout the

year.

Let constant love to the true God
In heathen lands be spread abroad.

4 Jesus the cords of death did break,
When from the silent tomb he rose;
The pains of hell did on him take
When he redeemed us from our woes.
O magnify his holy name,

His matchless glory loud proclaim.
5 0 thou, my soul, return to God,
For yet he will give quiet rest;
For largely he hath grace bestow'd,
His bounty unto thee exprest.
Let constant love to the Lord God
In heathen lands be spread abroad.
6 God saves the meek by his right hand
When they're on bed of sickness laid,

And stops disease by his command When he the healing word hath said. O magnify and praise his name, And his triumphant praise proclaim. 7 What shall I render to the Lord For all his precious gifts to me? Salvation's cup does joys afford, Which emanate alone from thee. O magnify his holy name,

And spread abroad his matchless fame. 8 My mourning tears my God has dried, And now, as long as I do live,

By me his name be magnified,

For my whole heart to him I'll give :
Therefore I will his glory raise,
And magnify his holy ways.

9 I will believe in his great name,
And daily walk before the Lord,
And celebrate his matchless fame,
With holy songs his deeds record,
That holy joys my soul may know,
Which from salvation's cup do flow.
10 I'll pay my vows to the Most High,
And sanctify his holy name;

His Sabbath holy keep will I,
And spread his illustrious fame.

The majesty of God above
Is only equall'd by his love.

11 In God's sight dear is his saint's death, And precious in his sight each one, Receives their soul at the last breath,

And bids them welcome thro' his Son. Extol the grandeur of his name, To-day and yesterday the same. 12 Thank-offerings unto his house bring, And pay your vows unto the Lord; Sing praises to your heavenly King, For he his handmaid will regard. Illustrious and gracious God, Thy glory shall be spread abroad. 13 Within the city of my God I'll hope for evermore to be; In regions of his blest abode I'll hope his holy face to see. The splendour of his courts above Is full of glory, peace, and love.

PSALM CXVII.

1 GIVE praise unto the Lamb
All nations of the earth;
Sweet praise give great I AM,
Who gave you life and breath.
Him, three in one, exalt on high,
And praise to all eternity.

2 To magnify God's name,

In cheerful strains him bless; His kindness loud proclaim,

And praise the Lord Jesus,

With Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, Laud, magnify, and wholly trust. 3 Unto the Holy Three,

In their exalted state, Blessing and honour be In their most holy seat. O magnify these Holy Three, And grateful praise to them give ye.

PSALM CXVIII.

1 O PRAISE Almighty God,
For he is good alway;

And none but he, our God, is good,
Bright angels with him stay.
Archangels, sound aloud
To his immortal praise,

And all the cherubims of God
Their sweetest voices raise.

2 In solemn praise to God
For all his tenderness,

Hosannahs ring through his abode
With tunes of joyfulness.
