This is an amazingly accurate account of a tragic history based on recently exposed archives of the Russian Imperial documents in Georgia. Well written and accurately portrayed of forgotten events concerning the plight of Circassians in the latter part of the 18th century. Circassians today are no longer 'The Forgotten Diaspora" thanks to authors such as Walter Richmond.
