Formerly a mathematician in the Engineering Department and head of the Management Studies department at Cambridge University, Roger spent 24 years working in parish ministry leading two growing churches, and then with the UK charity ReSource, where he focussed on mission and mentoring. Roger is now the Director of The Mathetes Trust, a UK charity formed in 2016 to support and encourage Christian discipleship. Roger is the author of a number of books, booklets and course materials, including the discipleship course ‘The God Who is There’ commended by the Anglican Communion report ‘Intentional Discipleship’ and the evangelism course ‘Beautiful Lives.’
