qualities, numbers of acres, and other defcriptions to ascertain the fame manors, meffuages, lands, tenements, rents, hereditaments and premiffes, as shall be thought meet; To have and to hold all and every the aforefaid manors, meffuages, farms, lands, tenements, rents, hereditaments and premiffes, in all the said several fines to be refpectively comprized, with their refpective appurtenances, unto the faid F. AND whereas it hath been mutually concluded and agreed between the faid Sir A. A. and D. D. his wife, in manner following; (that is to fay) That he the faid Sir A. A. fhould and would, for the confideration hereafter mentioned, quit, relinquifh and yield up all his right, title, eftate and intereft, of, in and to the faid manor of and other the faid jointure eftate of the faid D. D. 4. in aforefaid, and of, in and to all rents and arrears of rent, and all other profits, benefit or advantage received, or to be received forth out of the fame, every or any part thereof, fince his intermarriage with the faid D. D. A. and during the coverture between them, upon any account whatsoever, and should and would convey and affure the fame manor and premiffes, unto and to the ufe of the faid Sir F. F. and I. I. their heirs, executors, adminiftrators and affigns refpectively, in truft for the fole and feparate ufe and benefit of her the faid D. D. A. in manner herein after-mentioned; and that the the faid D. D. A. fhould and would in confideration thereof, pay unto the said Sir A.
