A should by any writing or writings under her hand and seal, attested by two or more credible witnesses, or 'by her last will and testament in writing, or writing purporting her last will, to be duly executed in the presence of three or more credible witnesses, direct or appoint, as by the said last recited indenture of lease and release, relation being thereupto respectively had, may (among other things) more fully and at large appear. AND whereas it hath been mutually concluded and agreed between the said Sir A. A. and D. D. his wife, in manner following ; (that is to fay) That he the said Sir A. 4. Thould and would, for the consideration hereafter mentioned, quit, relinquish and yield up all his right, title, estate and interest, of, in and to the said manor of and other the said jointure estate of the said D. A. in aforesaid, and of, in and to all rents and arrears of rent, and all other profits, benefit or advantage received, or to be received forth out of the fame, every or any part thereof, fince his intermarriage with the faid' D. D. A. and during the coverture between them, upon any account whatsoever, and should and would convey and assure the fame manor and premisses, unto and to the use of the said Sir F. F. and 1. 1. their heirs, executors, administrators and afligns respectively, in trust for the sole and separate use and benefit of her the said D. D. A. in manner herein after-mentioned; and that the the said D. D. A. should and would in consideration thereof, pay unto the said Sir A. A. by and out of her separate estate, the sum of pounds, of lawful money of Great Britain, and likewise should and would quit, rerelinquish, extinguish and destroy her said jointure and estate of and in the premisses in the said county of and all her right and title of, in and to the said sum of — pounds, provided to be raised for her or for her benefit, upon the contingency aforesaid, by and out of the estate of the said Sir A, A. in the same county, and all other her eftate, right, title, poflibility, expectancy, claim and demand whatsoever, of, in and to the said

A. her heirs, executors and administrators, and every of them, for ever, by these presents. And in consideration of the agreements, matters and things hereinafter contained on the part of the said D. D. A. to be done and performed ; and for Thillings of like money to the said Sir A. A. in hand paid by the said Sir F. F. and I. I. at or before the ensealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, he the faid Sir A. A. at the request, and with the privity and consent, and at the nomination of the said D. D. A. testified by her being a party to, and her sealing and delivery of these presents, hath granted, bargained, fold, aliened, assigned, released and confirmed, and by thele presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, align, release and confirm unto the said Sir F. F. and I. I. their heirs, executors, admi. niftrators and assigns respectively, all that the manor or lordship or reputed manor or lordship of — with the rights, royalties, members and appurtenances thereof, in the said county of , and all that the advowson, free disposition, and right of patronage and presentation of, in and to the church of — aforesaid; and ALL that capital mesfuage or manor-house of

aforesaid, with the buildings, dove-cotes, yards, gardens, orchards, fish-ponds, and other appurtenances, thereunto belonging or appertaining, or therewith used and enjoyed; and also ALL meffuages, houses, buildings, gardens, orchards, clores, fields, lands, meadows, pastures, lealowes, commons, common of para tures, walles, waste-grounds, and all other rights, royalties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever, to the same manor, capital messuage, advowson and premisses, every or any of them, belonging or appertaining, or with them or any of them used or enjoyed, or accepted, reputed, taken or known as part, parcel or member of them, or any of them; and also all other the messuages, lands, tenements and heredicaments whatsoever, situate, lying or being within the town, fields, hamlets, parish, precincts or territories of aforesaid, in the said county of -, or in any parish or place thereunto near or adjoining, which are now in jointure or any ways belonging to the said D. are now in the actual possession of the said Sir F. F. and 1. I. by
virtue of a bargain and fale to them thereof made by the faid
Sir A. A. for the term of one whole year, in consideration of
fhillings, to him paid by the said Sir F. F. and 1. 1. in and by one
indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the date here-
of, and by force of the statute for transferring uses into poffeffions made
and provided, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remain-
ders thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof; and also all rents and
arrears of rent, and all other profit, benefit and advantage whatsoever,
which the said D. D. A. or any other person or persons to her use,
or in trust for her, have or hach received or made, forth or out of the
said hereby released premisses, or any part thereof, at any time or
times fince the said intermarriage of the said Sir A. A. with her the
said D. D. A. or which now are in arrear, or which at any time here-
after during the coverture between them, shall be in arrear, or grow
due or payable forth or out of the same premisses, or any part thereof,
and also ALL the estate, right, title, interest, trust, property, claim
and demand whatsoever, both at law and in equity, of him the said
Sir A. A. of, in, to or out of the said hereby released and alligned pre-
misses respectively, every or any part thereof, by virtue of his said
intermarriage with the said D. D. A. bis now wife, or otherwise how-
soever; To have and to hold the said manor, advowson, capital messuage,
messuages, lands, tenements, hereditaments, rents, arrears of rent,
and all and fingular other the premisses herein before released and
affigned, or mentioned or intended fo to be, with their appurtenances,
and all the benefit and advantage thereof, unto and to the use of
the faid Sir F. F. and 1. 1. their heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns respectively, for and during the joint-lives of them the faid Sir
1. A. and D. D. his wife, and for and during all such other estate
and interest, estates and interests,' as he the said Sir A. A. hath, or
might have had therein, or in any part thereof, by virtue of his said
marriage with the said D. D. his wife, or otherwise, if these presents
had never been made ; in truf nevertheless for the sole and separate
use and benefit of her the faid D. D. A. without any account to be
rendered or given for the same, or any part thereof, to the said Sir
1. A. his heirs, executors or administrators; and in trust to permit
her the said D. D. A. notwithstanding her coverture, to let, ser, ma-
nage and dispose of the said manor, capital messuages, messuages,
lands, hereditaments and premifles in or near

aforesaid, every or any part thereof, at her free will and pleasure, and to receive and take the rents and profits thereof, and of every part thereof, and all arrears thereof, to and for her own role and separate use and benefit ; whole receipts alone, under her hand, notwithstanding her coverture, shall from time to time be good and fufficient discharges for the same, without the said Sir A.
