I've spent the last two days researching the Granville Train Wreck of 1977, and all the facts I've read agree with each other, and this book has so many problems in the section on this wreck. Even the cause, which according to about 4 sources I've found was failure in track maintenance, is reported wrong. Number of casualties, wrong (83). Number of people injured, wrong (213). The other reviews seem to state there are similar issues with articles about other wrecks in this book.
Some of the facts in this book are wrong... I was there when the two trains collided in Wiggins, Colorado. It happened less than a mile from my home. The wreck happened on April 13, 1984, not April 13, 1983. You can find the dates also in law suites filed.
