About the author (2010)

Jane Barrett is co-founder of The Career Farm (www.thecareerfarm.com), an online career development company which gives individuals the structure, tools and inspiration to grow their careers in a proactive way. In addition The Career Farm works with leading Business Schools across Europe to deliver workshops and career coaching. With a background in recruitment, both as a headhunter and in-house as a Recruitment Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jane combines her knowledge of what recruiters want with helping candidates to pursue a satisfying career. Her regular podcast show 'Grow your own Career' focuses on tools and techniques for job search and managing your career as well as interviews with inspiring entrepreneurs.

Camilla Arnold started her career in corporate finance before becoming a recruitment consultant in both London and Sydney. She has been a fully qualified coach for the past 10 years, specialising in career change and transition. She has extensive experience of working with corporates, individuals and MBA schools globally.
