inbefore mentioned to preach and expound the Scriptures for neral meeting, the said meeting-house, as shall from time to time be elected and chosen by the whole or the majority of the male and female persons present and qualified to vote at any such general meeting as hereinafter is mentioned: Provided also, nevertheless, that if at any time the conduct or behaviour of any minister to be elected as aforesaid, by the whole or the majority of the male persons present and qualified to vote at any such general meeting as hereinafter is mentioned, be deemed immoral, or if at any time such minister shall attempt to introduce any other order of church government or doctrine, contrary to that set forth in the catechism hereinbefore mentioned, then and in such case it shall be lawful for the said trustee or trustees for the time being to displace such minister; and in all cases the power of electing a new minister, and in all cases (except those which are here specified) the power of removing or displacing the minister for the time being, shall be in the whole or the majority of the male persons present and qualified to vote at any such general meeting as hereinafter is mentioned: Provided always, and it is hereby agreed and declared, that the said trustee or trustees for the time being shall not at any time permit or allow any minister to preach in the said meeting-house any other doctrine than such as is agreeable to the catechism herein before mentioned. And upon this further trust, that the said trustee or trustees for the time being do and shall, at any time or times, at the request of the whole or of the majority of the male persons present and qualified to vote at any such general meeting as hereinafter is mentioned, raise such sum or sums of money as shall be directed by the whole or the majority of such male persons, by a mortgage of all or any part of the said trust premises, and make any conveyance for that purpose; and also, at the request of the whole or of the To sell. majority of the male persons present and qualified to vote at any such general meeting as hereinafter is mentioned, do and shall absolutely make sale of the said trust premises, or any part thereof, either by public auction or private contract, and in such manner as the whole or the majority of such male persons shall think fit, and convey the same trust premises when sold to the person or persons who shall agree to

of as many additional persons as will make up the number of the trustees, such appointment to be made by the whole majority of the male persons present and qualified to vote at any such general meeting as hereinafter is mentioned; and that all such conveyances shall be made and executed, at the expense of the trust premises or the funds of the society, as shall be necessary or deemed advisable for vesting the said trust premises; And that the new trustees who shall be so from time to time appointed, shall have all the powers and authorities of the trustees in whose place Persons eligible they shall be substituted: Provided nevertheless, that only those persons shall be eligible for the office of trustee who at the time of supplying any such vacancy for the time being as aforesaid shall be, and for twelve months then immediately preceding shall have been made, subscribers to the said meeting-house, and members of the said society, and communicants therein, or who, previously to the time of supplying such vacancy as aforesaid, shall have subscribed their names at the foot of a copy of the catechism hereinbefore mentioned, in testimony of their faith and adherence to the said doctrines of Christianity set forth in the said catechism: Provided always, and it is hereby further declared, that the trustees hereby appointed or to be appointed as aforesaid, shall not be answerable or accountable, the one for the others or other of them, or for any involuntary loss, or for the signing of receipts for the sake of conformity; and that it shall be lawful for them to deduct and retain all costs, charges, and expenses of and attending the execution of the said trusts reposed or to be reposed in them respectively, under or by virtue of these presents: Provided always, and it is hereby lastly declared, that for any of the purposes aforesaid hereinbefore mentioned, a general meeting of those as occasion shall persons who shall for the time being be subscribers to the said meeting-house, and members of the said society, and communicants therein, shall be held when and so often as occasion shall require; and of every such general neral meeting. meeting notice shall be given at the said meetinghouse, during the time of divine service on the Sunday morning preceding the day of the meeting, and that no general meeting shall be held earlier than the Wednesday

LV. Upon trust, that the trustee or trustees for the time being, shall from time to time, and at all times hereafter, permit (a) the said meeting-house and premises to be used,

"Permit a meeting-house or other offices to be built on the said piece of ground, and to be used, occupied, and enjoyed as and for a place of public religious worship &c., such meeting-house and other erections to be built at the expense of such members of the said society of Protestant Dissenters, and such other persons as shall think fit to subscribe for the same, and according to such plan as the said society, or the trustees thereof, shall adopt for that purpose."

"Permit and suffer the said piece of ground to be from time to time and at all times hereafter used as a burial place for the interment of deceased members of the said society of Protestant Dissenters and others, according to the regu lations to be prescribed by the majority of the then members for the time being of the society, attending the said meeting-house, being subscribers thereto and communicants therein, and being present at a church meeting to be convened for that purpose."
