What more can any educated individual who loves all sacred music during Advent desire, but to better understand the writers and the theology of how these songs came into being? What an excellent resource for everyone interested in Christmas music and the top carols since Ancient of present...that deal with the best of the best. Somethings...are meant for deeper thought and perspective. Do you not all agree? As a journalist and as a PCUSA Minister, I was intreagued as to what Christmas Carols (Sacred Music) that was the #1 favorate of the Nation's top... Hollywood Stars...or other famous people that I met at events or parties, or functions in Washington, or in California. That led to looking deeper into why some songs...create deeper perspectives upon a psyche' and developmental reflection in key growth years, in families who's Christian a key part in how they dealt with the family community of Holidays...and Christmas with the media and business trying its best to rip it into sales yearns of the days of our youth...when our mama's or aunties...cranked up the Christmas carols...and of Church Services so memeorable with young singers...getting an opportunity to sing a great carol before a gathering crowd. About the author (2000)

Ronald M. Clancy, born in 1944, is married and a graduate of George Washington University, where he earned a BA degree in Journalism. His interest in Christmas music began as a youth in an orphanage in Philadelphia, where he sang in the boys choir. In 1982 he began to assemble a sizable Christmas music library. By 1989 his continued interest in Christmas music led him on his journey to compile and author the landmark "THE MILLENNIA COLLECTION: Glorious Christmas Music, Songs and Carols," a series of ten exquisite Christmas music packages planned for future launch.
