About the author (2010)

Jason Robillard is a barefoot ultramarathon runner, director of Barefoot Running University, and barefoot running blogger. Jason also directs barefoot and minimalist shoe running clinics and workshops. Jason is a founding member of the Barefoot Runners Society, the founder of the BRS Michigan chapter, and a member of the Society for Barefoot Living.
