Edward Lachlan Wright is a British visual artist. Born in Norfolk in 1997, he has lived in Scotland, Suffolk and London and has travelled extensively in Europe and the Far East. These places and journeys have all influenced his work. He completed his BA at the University of Westminster in 2020 and is currently an MA student on the Photography course at the Royal College of Art.
Edward’s practice is centred around fine art photography. He is interested in capturing the complexities of persons and broader society - whilst removing individuals from directly occupying the frame. His current academic research investigates the nature of the language which artists use in describing their work.
