The authors' case is interesting and thought-provoking. It's definitely a great read being very well-written and not too bogged down in details. Highly recommended! User Review - Flag as inappropriate Behaviour Change communication is the flavour now.If a government programme does not take off, either blame it on poor communication or suggest BCC.Some how BCC and Behavioural Economic theories have not converged.Nudge by Sunstein shows the way to combine the two.In India teh federal government thinks that if it desings a scheme and incentives it with cash, people would access it.In the area of health and sanitation this has not worked. I strongly recommend this book to communication trainers and social sector communicators.Narendra User Review - Flag as inappropriate Would I call this book a masterpiece of economic theory?
