About the author (2008)

Peter King is Professor of Philosophy and Medieval Studies at the University of Toronto. He is the editor and translator of Augustine: Against the Academicians and The Teacher (1995).

Katherine Lambert was formerly editor of the World Expeditionary Association's Expedition magazine. She lives in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England.
