About the author (2009)

Frank D. Gunstone is Professor Emeritus at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. He is a consultant to the Lipid Analysis Unit of Mylnefield Research Services Ltd. and holds an honorary appointment in the Scottish Crop Research Institute.
