being, or any three or more of them, or from the CONVEY. treasurer of the exchequer for the time being, or from the commiffioners, now or for the time being authorized, or appointed, or to be authorized or appointed for putting the said acts, or any of them in execution, or from any three or more of fuch commiffioners; and if the faid G. W. fhall not, or do not fell, or difpofe, or caufe to be fold or difpofed, any ftamped vellum, parchment, or paper, at or in any place, except in the western divifion of the then the above written obligation to be void, or elfe the fame to remain in full force.

Bond, in a liquidated Sum, for an Infant to convey when of Age.

KNOW all men by these prefents, that we T. J. of B. L. of -- and M. W. of --, are jointly and feverally held, and firmly bound, unto O. S. of, in the fum of, of lawful, &c. to be paid unto the faid O. S. his certain attorney, executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, as and for liquidated damages, previously afcertained and fettled by and between us the faid T. 7. B. L. and M. W. and him the faid O. S. to be incurred or fuftained by the faid O. S. his heirs or affigns, in cafe of failure in the actual and specific performance of all, any, or either, of the conditions and ftipulations herein after contained, for the due, punctual, and abfolute payment of which faid fum of, without any deductions whatever, or diminution whatsoever, for or by reafon of any caufe or pretence whatsoever, we bind ourselves jointly and feverally our, and each, and every of our heirs, executors, adminiftrators,

M. T. of, a minor, under the age of twentyone years, is feifed of, or otherwife well entitled unto, in poffeffion, the fee-fimple and inheritance of one full fixth part of a certain meffuage or tenement, fituate at -—, and it was deemed much for the benefit of the said M.T. on account of difputes which have arisen, and are ftill likely to arife, by reason of the divided right and poffeffion of the faid meffuages, hereditaments, and premises, that his faid one fixth part of, and in the fame, fhould be fold and difpofed of. And whereas the faid O. S. (who is in like manner feifed in poffeffion of the other five fixth parts of the fame meffuage, or tenement and premifes), has agreed with the faid M. T. (by and with the consent, approbation, and advice of his friends), for the abfolute purchase of his faid one fixth part of the faid messuage, or tenement and premifes, with the appurtenances, at the fum of, being the full and entire value of the fame, as estimated by impartial and competent judges thereof: But the faid M. T. being yet a minor, and unable to execute a legal conveyance of the faid premises unto the faid O. S. the above bounden B. L. T. J. and M. W. have promised and engaged that the faid M. T. fhall and will, within fix months after he fhall have completed his full age of twenty-one years, at the cofts and charges of the faid O. S. convey and affure the fame unto the said O. S. his heirs, and affigns, free from dower, and all and other incumbrances. And whereas the faid O. S. in confequence of fuch promife and engagement of T. J. B. L. and W. M. has this day paid the faid fum of, unto them the faid T. 7. B. L. M. W. being the lawful guardians of the perfon and estates of the faid M. T. appointed by the laft will and teftament of his late father M. W.

deceafed (a). Now the condition of this obligation CONVEY. is fuch, that if the above bounden M. T. together with his wife, if he shall be then married, do and fhall within the space of fix calendar months, after he shall have attained and completed his full age of twenty-one years, or in cafe of his death, before his attaining that age, if the heir or heirs at law of the said M. T. together with his or their wife, or refpective wives, if married, do and fhall within fix months after fuch heir or heirs fhall have attained his or their age or ages of twenty-one years, and as and when they fhall (if more than one) refpectively attain fuch age, convey and affure unto the faid O. S. his heirs and affigns, (at his and their reasonable coft and charges), all and fingular the faid one fixth part, of which he the faid M. T. is now feifed, &c. as aforefaid, of, and in all, &c. by fuch conveyances and affurances in the law, as the faid O. S. his heirs or affigns, or his or their counsel in the law, fhall advise and approve, and that free, and clear of, or otherwife difcharged, exonerated, and indemnified from all dower or thirds at common law, jointure, and other charges and incumbrances whatsoever, and without any confideration to be paid to, or received by, or for the faid M. T. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, for fuch conveyance or affurance, or for the hereditaments and premises, or any of them, thereby to be conveyed and affured, other than what is herein expreffed to have been already paid for the purchafe of the fame: and if the faid J. T. B. L. · and M. W. their heirs, executors, or administrators, do and fhall in the mean time, and until fuch

APPRENTICE Conveyances and affurances fhall be made and executed, fave harmless, defend, exonerate, and indemnify the said Q. S. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, his and their goods and chattels, lands and tenements, and particularly the faid meffuages, or tenements and premifes, fo to be conveyed as aforefaid, and every part thereof, and the rents, profits, and proceeds thereof, from and against all, and all manner of dower or thirds at common law therein, and of all other lawful claims and demands whatfoever thereto, or to any part thereof, or in respect of the fame, by or on the part or behalf of the faid M. T. his heirs, executors, administrators, or affigns, or his or their wife, or respective wives, widow, or widows, or by or on the part or behalf of the above bounden D. E. relict of the faid M. T. deceased, any other perfon or perfons claiming by, through, or under him, them, or any or either of them, then the above written obligation shall be void, and of no effect, but otherwife the fame fhall be, and remain in full force and virtue.

Bond to find an Apprentice in Clothes, &c. during his Apprenticeship, &.&c.]

WHEREAS C. E. fon of the above bounden C. E. with the confent and good liking of the faid C. E. his father, by indentures of apprenticeship, bearing date herewith, hath put, placed, and bound himself unto the faid B. G. with him to serve as an apprentice, for the term of feven years, from the date of the faid indentures of apprenticeship. Now the condition of this obligation is fuch, that if the faid C. E. the father, his executors or adminiftrators, do and fhall, at his and their own proper cofts and charges, during all

the term aforesaid, find and provide for the faid APPRENTICE. C. E. his fon, proper and fufficient wearing ap parel of all forts, and mend and wash all his clothes and linen; and in cafe his faid fon fhall at any time during the faid apprenticeship fall fick or lame, or become otherwife incapable of performing his bufinefs, then, if the faid C. E. the father, his executors or adminiftrators, do and fhall, at his and their own proper cofts and charges, during fuch ficknefs, lamenefs, or other incapacity, find and provide his faid fon with lodging and diet, and pay the expence of doctor, furgeon, and apothecary, and all other incident charges. AND in cafe the faid C. E. the fon, fhall at any time during his faid apprenticefhip, embezzle, mifpend, lofe, purloin, or unlawfully take away any money, bills, notes, goods, plate, or other effects, belonging to the faid B. G. or any of his cuftomers, which by him or them fhall be committed to the care of the faid C. E. Then if the faid C. E. the father, his executors or administrators, shall and do within one month after notice thereof, and due proof of fuch embezzlement aforefaid, either by fufficient teftimony of witneffes, or confeffion of the party, fatisfy and pay, or caufe to be fatisfied and paid, to the faid B. G. his executors, administrators, or affigns, all fuch fum and fums of money, and the true value of all fuch goods and effects whatsoever, whereof proof fhall be made of having been fo embezzled by the said C. E. the apprentice in manner aforefaid. AND alfo if the faid C. E. the father, his executors or administrators, do and fhall at all times hereafter well and fufficiently fave harmlefs, and keep indemnified the faid B. G. his executors and adminiftrators, and his and their lands and tenements, goods and chattels, of and from all actions, fuits, costs, charges, loffes, damages, and expences, which
