Had any thing on the subject been already before the Public, a then recent event, which plunged families of Rank into deep affliction, would have been an excuse for a re-publication, which might rouse Shooters to a sense of their danger; but I knew of few Cautions in print beyond the vague words in Page's "Art of Shooting Flying", Be careful, yet not timorous.
