This is such a great book! I'm 19 years old and I just found that this book really helped me. I think all teens need to read this book and will definetly take something away from it. It talks about all the things a teen goes through and he's not talking down to you, he's coming from a place where he understands and he uses other examples of teens in the book which makes it really relatable and shows you that your not the only one going trough a situation like this. I can't recommend this book enough! If you love phycology or philosophising then you will definetly love this book. After reading it you'll feel uplifted and inspired.
