About the author (1999)

David Adam was born in Alnwick, Northumberland, and is now Vicar of Holy Island. As Vicar of Danby in North Yorkshire, he discovered a gift for composing prayers in the Celtic manner, and since 1985 has published four popular collections of art, reflections, meditations, and prayers.
