It is unfortunate that several pages are blurred. It appears the pages were turning as the photo was taken. Specifically pages 169, 170 although there may be more.
It would also seem that no one proof reads these books before uploading which is a shame as then it makes the saving of these books for public viewing a mute point, especially if the information one seeks is in those pages.
