X. to the faid H. F. B. I. V. K. S. I. and H. W. refpectively, of the faid meffuages or tenements, hereditaments and premises hereby granted and released, or mentioned or intended fo to be, with their appurtenances. W. to and for the uses, intents and purposes, and in such manner as hereinafter is mentioned, and therefore the faid A. E. hath requested and confented that the faid D. D. and others, fhall retain and keep in their own hands, to and for their own ufes, the faid fum of, fo by them agreed to be advanced and lent to the faid B. T. as aforefaid, in full payment, fatisfaction and discharge of the faid two feveral fums of and, and all principal and intereft due from them the faid A. E. on the hereinbefore recited or mentioned fecurities, or any of them. Now THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that for and in confideration of the said fum of, by them the faid D. D. and others agreed to be advanced and lent to the faid B, T. as aforefaid, and by them the faid D. D. and others retained and kept in their own hands, to and for their own ufes as aforefaid, in full payment, fatisfaction and discharge of all principal and interest monies due to them, any or either of them, on the hereinbefore recited or mentioned fecurities as aforefaid, or any of them, which faid fum of is fo retained by them the faid D. D. and others, at the fpecial inftance and request, and by and with the privity, confent and approbation, as well of the faid A, E. as of the faid B. T. teftified by their being partics to thefe prefents, and fealing and delivering hereof, with which faid fum of and fo by them agreed to be advanced and lent, and fo by them retained as PUR aforefaid, they the said D. D. and others do, and each and every of them doth, hereby acknowledge CHASERS. themfelves, and each and every of them, to be fully fatisfied and contented, of and from all principal and intereft of monies due to them the faid D. D. &c. or any or either of them, on the faid recited or mentioned fecurities, or any of them, they, they the faid D. D. do, and each and every of them doth, clearly and abfolutely acquit, releafe and discharge, the faid A. E. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators and affigns, and every of them, by these prefents, and of and from which faid fum offo by them the faid D. D. &c. agreed to be advanced and lent to her the faid B. T. and by them retained as aforefaid, and of and from the payment thereof, and of every part thereof, fhe the faid B. T. doth hereby clearly and abfolutely acquit, release and discharge the faid D. D. &c. and each and every of them, their, and each and every of their heirs, executors, adminiftrators and affigns, and every of them; and for and in confideration of the fum of of lawful money, &c. to the faid A. E. in hand before the enfealing and delivering of these prefents, well and truly paid by the faid B. T. which faid fum of, together with the faid fum of, fo by them the faid D. D. and others agreed to be advanced to the faid B. T. and by them retained as aforefaid, makes the fum of and is in full for the abfolute purchase of the faid piece or parcel of land, &c. hereinbefore recited or mentioned, and hereinafter mentioned and intended to be hereby granted and released (the receipt of which faid fum of the faid A. E. doth hereby, and from the whole of the fame purchase money or fum of --, and every part thereof, and of and from the payment thereof, and of every part thereof, he the faid A. E. doth hereby clearly and abfolutely acquit, release and difcharge the said leafe. PUR B. T. her heirs, executors, adminiftrators and CHASERS. affigns, and every of them. W. the receipts whereof are hereby acknowledged, they the faid D. D. and others, at the like fpecial inftance, and request, and by and with the like direction and appointment, as well of the faid A. E. as of the faid B. T. teftified as aforefaid, have, and each and every of them hath, bargained and fold, Grant and re- aliened, releafed and conveyed, and by thefe prefents do, and each and every of them doth, bargain and fell, alien, releafe and convey; and alfo the faid A. E. by and with the like direction and appointment of the faid B. T. teftified as aforefaid, have, and each and every of them hath, granted, bargained and fold, aliened, remifed, releafed, quitted claim, ratified and confirmed, and by these prefents do, and each and every of them doth, clearly and abfolutely grant, bargain and fell, alien and releafe, quit-claim, ratify and confirm, unto the faid T. W. his heirs and affigns, he the faid T.
