verfions, remainder and remainders thereof, to the
ufe of the faid L. C. and R. 1. their heirs and
affigns, or to the use or uses of such person or per-
fons as fhould contract or agree with the faid L. C.
and R. I. or the furvivor of them, or his heirs, to
become the purchaser or purchasers thereof re-
fpectively. And it is in and by the fame inden-
ture of release exprefsly declared and agreed be-
tween and by the faid L. C. and R. I. and the
faid G. I. and M. his wife, that the faid L. C.
and R. I. and their heirs, fhould ftand and be
seised of the faid manor of, and of all and
every the faid freehold, copyhold, and custom-
ary mcffuages, mills, lands, tenements, heredita-
ments, and premifes, thereby refpectively released
and covenanted to be furrendered, with their ap-
purtenances, upon fuch trufts, and for such in-
tents and purposes as are therein expreffed and
declared, and hereinafter mentioned, of or con-
cerning the fame, (that is to fay,) upon truft, that
they the faid L. C. and R. I. or the furvivor

of them, or his heirs, fhould, with the confent of PURthe faid G. I. and M. his wife, or the furvivor of CHASERS. them, or the heirs of fuch furvivor, to be fignified by fome writing figned by them, or the furvivor of them, with their, or his, or her hands or hand, make fale and difpofe of the faid manor of -and all the faid freehold and copyhold meffuages, mills, lands, tenements, and hereditaments, with the appurtenances, in the faid counties of

either entirely and together, or in parcels, or any part or parcels thereof, to any person or perfons who fhould be willing to become the purchafer or purchafers of the fame premises refpectively, for the moft money, and the best price or prices that could be reasonably had or gotten for the fame, and fhould pay, apply, and dispose of the money arifing by fuch fale or fales in manner, and for the purposes therein mentioned, and for promoting and facilitating the fale of all and fingular the premifes aforefaid, it is by the fame indenture further declared, and exprefsly agreed, by and between all and every the last named parties thereto, that the receipt or receipts of the faid L. C. and R. I. or the furvivor of them, or his heirs, figned with their or his hands or hand, should be a fufficient discharge, and sufficient discharges to the purchaser or purchasers of the premises, or any part thereof, and to his, her, and their refpective heirs, executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, for fo much of the purchase money for which fuch receipt or receipts fhould be fo given and figned as aforefaid, and that after the giving and figning fuch receipt or receipts, the faid purchafer or purchasers, his, her, or their heirs, executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, should not be anfwerable or accountable for any lofs, mifapplication, or non-application, of the fum or fums of money, which in or by such receipt or receipts should be acknowledged, or expreffed to

Recital of the contract.

AND whereas the faid L. C. and R. I. have, with the confent and approbation of the faid G. I. and M. his wife, teftified by their being parties to, and figning, fealing, and delivering these prefents, contracted with the aforefaid W. T. for the fale of the manor, meffuages, or tenements, lands and hereditaments, hereinafter by these presents granted and released, and alfo of the copyhold meffuages, lands, tenements, and hereditaments, hereinafter mentioned to be furrendered, and being part of the freehold and copyhold meffuages, lands, tenements, and hereditaments, by the faid recited indenture granted and released, and mentioned to be furrendered, with their appurtenances, to him the faid W. T. who agreed to become the purchafer thereof, Now this in at or for the price or fum of

T. at or immediately before the fealing and delivery of these presents, with the confent and by the direction of the faid G. T. and M. his wife, teftified in manner aforefaid, the receipt of which said sum of, the faid C. I. and A. D. do hereby acknowledge, and thereof, and of and from the fame and every part thereof, do acquit, release, and difcharge the faid W. T. his heirs, executors, and adminiftrators, for ever, by thefe prefents, and alfo for and in confideration of the fum of 5s. of fuch lawful money as aforefaid, to the faid C. I. and A. D. in hand paid by the faid T. R. at or before the fealing and delivery of these presents, with the like consent and direction of the faid G. I. and M.
