Richard Barker is a main board director of ORACLE Corporation UK Limited and a Vice President of ORACLE Europe, responsible for the Oracle system development method, CASE Method, and the development of CASE and Application Package software using the ORACLE RDBMS. He established a training division to provide education in the use of Oracle products, methods and strategic thinking.
