It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temprevent, on poral in Parliament affembled, That the High Steward the Thanks of the City of Westminster, or his Deputy, together giving day with the Juftices of Peace of the faid City, fhall, by their Care and Directions to the Conftables and other Officers within the faid Limits, take special Order, that no Hackney Coaches be fuffered to make any Stay, between The Old Palace Yard at Westminster and Temple Bar, from Eight a Clock To-morrow in the Forenoon to Six a Clock in the Afternoon of the fame Day; and that no Carriages, Carts, or Drays, be permitted to pafs through any of the Streets, between The Old Palace Yard, Westminster, and Temple Bar, between the Hours aforefaid, To-morrow; and herein fpecial Care is to be taken, by the High Steward, Deputy Steward, and Juftices of the Peace, as the contrary will be answered to

Efquire, from a Decree of the Court of Chancery, made
the Twelfth Day of June, and the Third Day of July,
One Thoufand Seven Hundred and Two, in a Caufe
there, wherein Thomas Button Efquire was Complainant,
against the faid John Prife and others Defendants; and
praying the Reverfal of the faid Decree; and that the
faid Thomas Button, Herbert Weftphaleing, and Herbert
Mafters, may answer thereunto:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament affembled, That the faid Thomas Button,
Herbert Weftphaleing, and Herbert Mafters, may have a
Copy of the faid Appeal; and fhall and they are here-
by required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writ-
