After hearing Counfel, upon the Petition and Appeal Sharpe of John Sharpe Efquire, from Two feveral Orders of Thomas: the Court of Chancery, the one made the Sixteenth Day of December in the Twelfth Year of the Reign of King William the Third, and the other the Second Day of August One Thousand Seven Hundred, on the Behalf of Daniel Thomas and Benjamine White; as alfo upon the Anfwer of the faid Daniel Thomas and Benjamine White put in thereunto; and due Confideration of what was offered thereupon:

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual Judgement and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the faid Petition and Appeal of John Sharpe fhall be, and is hereby, difmiffed this Houfe; and that the Orders therein complained of fhall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of William Peirfon Efquire, from a Decree and Difmiffion in the Court of Exchequer, the Seventh Day of July last past, on the Behalf of Thomas and William Miles; and praying the Reverfal of the faid Decree :

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the faid Thomas and William Miles may have a Copy of the faid Appeal; and fhall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the Eleventh Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the Trustees now in Town for Sale of the forfeited Eftates in Ireland do attend this Houfe on Tuesday next, at Eleven a Clock, with an Account, in Writing, of their Proceedings in relation to the late Act of Parliament in that Behalf.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament affembled, That the Commiffioners appointed to examine the Accompts of the Army do lay before this Houfe, in Writing, a State of the faid Accompts, on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock.
