After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Anthony Rowe Efquire, complaining of several Orders or Decrees made in the Court of Chancery, in Crofs Caufes, between the Appellant and Elizabeth Cockaynė, Wife of James Cockayne Efquire; and praying "Relief "therein; and that all Proceedings upon the faid feve"ral Decrees or Orders may be ftayed:" As alfo upon the Answer of the faid Elizabeth Cockayne put in thereunto; and due Confideration of what was offered thereupon:

Day of this Inftant February, relating to the prefent
"Condition of the Navy, upon which they were direc-
"ted to report their Opinion to the Houfe; confidering
"how far the Seafon is advanced, thought it proper to
inquire into the Preparations making for the prefent
"Year; and, in the First Place, to defire his Royal High-
" nefs Prince George of Denmarke, Lord High Admiral
"of England, to caufe to be laid before their Lordships
"an Account, in Writing, what Number of Ships, fit
"for Home Service, may be got ready and manned
"within Twenty Days; to which their Lordships re-
"ceived in Anfwer a Paper, intituled,

"A Lift of fuch Ships of Her Majefty's as are now.
"at Home in Sea Pay, with an Account which
"of them are defigned on Foreign Service, and
