ARTICLE II.
Electors.

1. Qualifications of electors. Writ-
ten ballot. Soldiers or seamen
in U. S. service. Students at
colleges and academies. Resi-
dence not lost by reason of
absence, in the military service
of Maine or of the United
States.

2. Electors exempt from arrest on
election days.

Public Indebtedness.
