FROM the Number of Alterations and Additions returned weekly into this Office, it is necessary that the Register-Books should he posted every Week; and an Arrangement has been made in the Office for that Purpose. It is therefore requested that the Members will be particular in delivering their Books when called for, and they may depend upon having them returned on the ensuing Day. Any complaint of the Register not being called for, or returned in proper time when posted, is requested to be communicated to the Office, in writing, that the Committee may be made acquainted therewith.

It is also requested that Members leaving Town, and not having Occasion to use their Books, will be pleased to leave them at this Office, where they will be kept regularly posted, and ready for Delivery when wanted.

The Committee likewise request the Subscribers will not leave their Register about the Room, as several Books have been lost by that means, and the number of Books prepared being limited, it may not be in the power of the Committee to furnish others in the place of those so lost,

Any Communication, with Respect to Imperfections in the Register, Ships not appearing thereon, or such as are under going Repairs, &c. will receive immediate Attention.
