A short but interesting story, while I'm not yet convinced on the system of economics and use of barristers in orkish society, I think the author has some great ideas and a good mix of detail to story to keep it at a fast enough pace. I will be reading the others from the series

The dialog was a little awkward at times, but overall the book is quite charming. I think the author should practice writing longer books rather than always doing short stories.

Best example of the old D&D alignments I've ever seen! The concept of a lawful evil/chaotic good romantic interest is the most original pairing I've ever seen.

About the author

I've always been thinking of stories for as long as I've been alive. I have way, way, way too many to tell and far too little time to tell them.

It was only in 2011 that I actually started shaping and weaving those random, jumbling, chaotic masses of thoughts into coherent narratives and began self-publishing.

I write a little science fiction, a little fantasy, a little humour and comedy, and a few other things all over the place.
