There were two editions of the Plays of William Shakspeare printed for F., C., and J. Rivington, [etc.] in 1805: an illustrated edition on large paper in ten volumes; and an unillustrated regular paper edition in nine volumes. Additionally, there exist two issues of the Plays in ten volumes with the same setting of type: sets done on large paper royal 8vo, measuring approximately 24 cm tall with edges 5 cm wide, and a few issued on largest paper, imperial 8vo, measuring approximately 28 cm tall with edges 2.5 cm wide (cf. Folger Library copies 1 and 2; Jaggard, p. 510)
